43Users and their rights
The "Mes utilisateurs" (my users) page (GESTION menu) creates and manages the accounts you hand out. Three buttons drive the page: "Nouveau utilisateur" (new user), "Exporter les utilisateurs" (export users) and "Interface utilisateur" (user interface). Two profiles exist, set by the "Partager ma bibliothèque" (share my library) switch, which stays editable afterwards. What is frozen at creation is the login and the e-mail address, both locked from then on:
- Simple user: they access the stories you created and their own account. This is the learner profile, managed through enrolments.
- Shared library: they create their own stories drawing on your content library. This is the co-author profile.
Creation asks for an "Identifiant" (username, 6 to 20 characters, permanent), an optional e-mail, first and last name. The list sums up, for each user, their created and published stories, their enrolments and last connection, with a CSV export of the whole.

Enrolments
For a simple user, each enrolment subscribes them to a story over a given period, with a "Nombre de tentatives autorisées" (number of allowed attempts, 0 for unlimited). A user's read-only detail view then tracks their attempts: dates, best score as a percentage, attempt in progress or finished. This is the individual follow-up of a training course.
Framing authors: the event menu
The "Interface utilisateur" button opens "Configurer le menu événements" (configure the event menu): there you choose which event types your shared-library users may use ("Présent dans le menu") and which are pinned as "Accès rapide (favori)" (quick access), six favourites at most, with a "Par défaut" button to restore the original configuration. The configuration applies to all your shared users: a way to keep novice authors to the essential events.
Your own account
Confirming your address. On a recently created account, an amber banner sits at the top of the screen until the e-mail address has been confirmed. It offers to resend the message, to state that it is done, or to hide itself. Nothing is blocked in the meantime: the platform stays fully usable. The link received by e-mail opens a page confirming the address. Long-standing accounts do not see this banner.
Forgotten password. The recovery page always answers the same thing, "Si un compte existe pour cette adresse, un lien vient d'y être envoyé" (if an account exists for this address, a link has just been sent to it), whether the platform knows the address or not. This is deliberate: nothing there reveals which addresses have an account. A red message only appears if the sending fails, and the button stays inactive while the message goes out.
44Where to read your account's limits
The plan you subscribed to governs several capabilities met throughout this wiki: storage space, the ceiling on devices you can pair, advanced authentication of public links or SCORM export. The rule is constant: when an option is not included, the interface tells you at the very spot where you try to use it.
| What you are looking for | Where to read it |
|---|---|
| Your current plan and your invoices | Side menu, "Mon abonnement" (my subscription): the plans, the current one highlighted, the "Mensuel" / "Annuel" switch and, on a paying account, "Prochain renouvellement" and "Mes factures". |
| Your storage space, used and available | Profile menu, "Mon compte" (my account): the "Espace de Stockage Réservé" (reserved storage) card, with its progress ring and a refresh button. |
| How many devices you can still pair | "Gestion" > "Mes appareils" (management > my devices): on a managed-contract account, an "n / N appareils utilisés" counter next to the "Ajouter un appareil" (add a device) button; otherwise the "Licences d'appareils" panel with its "actifs", "utilisables" and "disponibles" licences, under the "Maximum pour votre plan" heading. Read it carefully: your plan does not grant you that number of devices, it sets the ceiling for them. The first device is included, every device after that requires a licence taken out one at a time. The tiers and their prices are read on the prices page. |
| A box's remaining activity time | "Gestion" > "Mes box": a column with no heading, on the right of the table, showing a number of days left, "Illimité" (unlimited) or "Expiré" (expired), box by box. |
45Audience statistics
The RAPPORTS (reports) menu holds the two measurement pages: "Statistiques" for the audience, "Formulaire" for collected answers (next section).

The main view plots the number of views per day, one curve per story, filterable by period (the last 7 days by default), by stories and by "Type d'appareil" (device type): PC, Smartphone, Tablette, Casque VR (VR headset), Autres (others). A view is one browsing session; flash visits of less than half a second are not counted.

The "Details" view lists stories as a table: name, view count, average duration in seconds. It offers only two filters, "Dates :" and "Type d'appareil" (device type): no story filter, no export. Two icon buttons complete it, with the tooltips "Afficher les informations" (show information) and "Réinitialiser les statistiques" (reset the statistics). The first opens a story's detail, in four tabs: average time per scene, views per scene, the detailed scene-by-scene table, and location (visitors' countries, cities and languages, approximate; "Inconnu" when the data is missing).
46Form answers
The "Formulaires" (forms) page (RAPPORTS menu) browses and exports the answers collected by your form events: pick the story, then the form (an untitled form is called "Formulaire N"), and search the data with the "Rechercher" field.
Each table row is one submission; the columns are those you defined in the event, one per field, under the name you gave them. Direct consequence: the score or completion dates only show up if you added a Score field or date fields to the form. Think about it at build time, not at reading time.
The "Exporter CSV" button downloads the table as a CSV file named after the form. Deletion exists at two scales, each with confirmation and no way back: "Supprimer cette ligne" (delete this row) for one answer, "Supprimer les données" (delete the data) for the whole form.

47The portfolio: your public showcase
The portfolio is your account's public showcase: a single, shareable page presenting the published stories of your choice as a grid; clicking a card opens the story. A story enters it in two ways: the "Ajouter au portfolio" option of its broadcast window, or the "Contenu du portfolio" (portfolio content) selector on the page itself.
The top bar gathers everything that drives the showcase: the "Contenu du portfolio" button, a "Mode Edition" (edit mode) switch, a "Portfolio en ligne" (portfolio online) switch that cuts or restores publication, a "Mot de passe" (password) field to reserve it for whoever you choose, and a row of sharing buttons: direct link, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, message, e-mail and QR code. Below that bar, the page shows itself exactly as your visitors will see it.

- "Mode Edition": pencils appear on the page to edit the banner, profile picture, name, description, text colour and zone colours.
- "Portfolio en ligne": the page's publication switch, which generates its public address.
- "Mot de passe" (password): reserves the page for whoever you choose. Type the password, then save it with the icon that appears to the right of the field: it is not saved on its own. It must be at least seven characters long, otherwise the message "Le mot de passe doit contenir plus de 6 caractères" (the password must be more than 6 characters) appears and nothing is saved. The visitor then sees an "Accès protégé" (protected access) screen and must type that password. Choose it knowingly: emptying the field does not remove it, the screen offers no deletion.
- Sharing: link copy, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, e-mail, and a downloadable QR code.
48Templates: a faster start
The MODÈLE (template) menu provides ready-made starting points, in two entries. "Modèles de Stories" (story templates) is a catalogue of sample stories provided by the platform: "Tester votre story" plays them as a preview, "Installer l'exemple dans vos story" (install the sample) copies the story and its media into your account, where you edit it freely.
"Modèles de Médias" (media templates) is a library of ready-made media (images, videos, audio, PDF, 3D objects, avatars...), filterable by category: the button is labelled "Filtres" (filters) but opens the type menu. "Voir le média" examines a media file, "Récupérer le média" copies it into your library.
